PROCESSING AIDS FOR BREWERIES

A typical example of anaerobic fermentation is the production of alcohol, sugar-and starch-containing substrates are converted into alcohol and carbon dioxide using yeast. Caused by the escaping carbon dioxide more or less foam is formed depending on the substrates used. Synmac’s technically advanced antifoams, defoamers and foam control agents are scientifically formulated to control unwanted foam generation and are ideal for use in a wide range of process applications including, distillation and fermentation processes.
