    Brewery Enzymes

    LEUCOZIN* B38A Starch Conversion Enzymes

Thermostable bacterial alpha-amylase for fast and efficient starch liquefaction

    LEUCOZIN* B40A Starch Conversion Enzymes

Thermostable bacterial alpha-amylase; excellent adjunct liquefaction at low pH and efficient starch liquefaction for reduced processing costs. Add to cereal cooker before cooking or into the mash.

LEUCOZIN* B50 pro Starch Conversion Enzymes

Enzyme complex containing alpha-amylase, beta-glucanase, and protease allows for high barley brewing (up to 60%) fast liquefaction at low water to grist ratio. Provides consistent levels of FAN and optimize extract yields without undesirable impacts on foam, fermentation. Add to mash at mashing in or right after.

    LEUCOZIN* B50+ Modification Enzymes

Non-GM derived neutral protease for optimal fermentation performance. Increase soluble proteins and FAN levels. Allows for high adjunct inclusion to mash and the use of under modified malt. Add directly or right after to mash at mashing in.

LEUCOZIN* B58W Wort Separation and Filtration Enzymes

Non-GM derived beta-glucanase that’s highly effective for wheat inclusions. Active at elevated temperatures up to 90 °C also reduce viscosity and β-glucan levels to improve separation and filtration.  Add directly or right after to mash at mashing in.

LEUCOZIN* B60W Wort Separation and Filtration Enzymes

Non-GM derived beta-glucanase for improved mash separation and beer filtration. It is improved starch utilization and lessen risk of haze from non-starch polysaccharides and reduces wort viscosity and β-glucan level.. Add directly or right after to mash at mashing in.

LEUCOZIN* B62W Wort Separation and Filtration Enzymes

High performance beta-glucanase and xylanase to minimize risk of filter bed collapse. Maximum β-glucan breakdown and reduces risk of off flavor formation. It is add directly or right after to mash at mashing in.

    LEUCOZIN* B72F Fermentation Optimization Enzymes

A fungal alpha-amylase for increase fermentable carbohydrates, mainly maltose. Assists in removing haze due to residual starch and improves attenuation and fermentation rate. It is add to cold wort when temperature cools to below 60 °C (140 °F) before or with pitching of yeast or during fermentation.

    LEUCOZIN* B75F Fermentation Optimization Enzymes

It is glucoamylase for saccharification. Maximize starch conversion and minimize residual carbohydrates. Increases RDF level up to 84%; add directly or right after to mash at mashing in.
