    AVICIDE* D800 Proprietory blend

    AVICIDE-D800 is a liquid biocide controlling bacterial contamination of molasses in the fermentation process leads to many critical problem during alcohol production. Increased contamination loads coming from molasses get aggravated during fermentation stage due to more dilution with water. It can help in increasing alcohol % in wash to a significant extent depending upon process conditions which may vary from distillery to distillery.



    AVICIDE* EP10K PHMB/QUAT

    AVICIDE-EP10K is a specially developed biocide blend of two types of yeast friendly biocides which acts on the principle of bacteriostatic agent which effectively controls the losses during fermentation process by checking the bacterial contamination.



    AVICIDE* EP30D Dichlorophene (5.5 dichloro, 2.2 dihydroxy, diphenylmethane

    AVICIDE-E30D is excellent new-generation phenolic based biocide very useful in preventing the undesired and harmful growth of algae, fungi and bacteria in breweries, distilleries, and food processing.  For an optimum control in 1000 liters of fermentation solution of molassess 100 ml of AVICIDE-E30D is to be added which will give a concentration of 10 ppm in the solution of molassess. It is should be added directly to the fermenter containing molassess.

    FermZine-AB helps in controlling bacterial contamination, both due to gram positive as well as gram negative bacteria. It can help in increasing alcohol % in wash to a significant extent depending upon process conditions which may vary from distillery to distillery.



    FERMZINE� D Bioprotectant concentrations for control of contaminant bacteria in alcoholic fermentation of sugarcane juice

    It is a bioprotectant combinations can be effective on delaying bacterial growth, thus keeping the contamination at harmless levels during the fermentation process, therefore preventing floculation.
