Synmac offer advanced Retention and Drainage aids Avifloc* P range  provide superior retention, drainage and formation is useful for a variety of paper grades, including neutral and alkaline-coated fine paper, uncoated fine paper, white top, recycled board, and tissue and towel. Avifloc* P range products with anionic, cationic and non-ionic charges are available in a wide spectrum of molecular weights. The high charge and small size of the organic polymer make Avifloc* P products more effective than other commercially available retention aids and drainage aids. The products provide a controlled, stable response that allows papermakers to reduce operating costs.

 

Flocculants & Coagulants For Pulp and Paper Mill

 Synmac provides a range of coagulants and flocculants for use in the paper machine systems and their wastewater treatment plants. The retention reagents have been specifically developed to be used as a single mention reagent system. They are also used in combination with an inorganic or organic coagulant of in a treatment system together with a micro-particle. The Avifloc* P range of coagulants find use as charge neutralizers of anionic trash, fixing agents, controlling the 'stickies' in the coated broke system and in combination with AKD and ASA sizes to improve fixing and cure rate.
