AquaZine^® 1412 is a liquid specially developed chemical composition for softening the scales in the evaporator bodies of sugar industry during cleaning process. It can be added to caustic soda in specific proportions during the soda boiling of evaporator bodies.

AquaZine^® 1412S scale softening agent is a powder form specifically formulated to increase the penetration and cleaning power of caustic boil out solutions. Addition of AquaZine^® 1412S to the caustic soda or soda ash reduces the surface tension and greatly increases the penetration and softening of the scales on the heat transfer surfaces.

AquaZine^® DS6 is an dry acid evaporator cleaning additive have been specifically designed for use as convenient, economical, and safe cleaning agents to remove scale in the evaporators, vacuum pans and heat exchangers of the sugar industry, permitting the most efficient use of the equipment.

AquaZine^® DS6L is a mixture of liquid mild acids, silica solubilizers, surfactant, and acid corrosion inhibitor. It is inhibited acidic formulation to dissolve deposits of water juice scale formation in the heat transfer equipment’s like sugar mill evaporators and quads without affecting the metal.. 

KLEENTOL-L is a  liquid scale dissolver has been produced by mixing many organic/inorganic acids. This product does not clean the scale only, due to having high potency it completely dissolves the scales during cleaning and there is no possibility of a metal loss. It is highly effective in removing scale, rust, incrustations, deposits, products of corrosion and other accumulations fromheating and cooling systems such as radiators, pipe lines, vacuum pumps, Semi Kestner, Vapour Cell, Falling Film Evaporators, etc.

SYNSURF-E is a non-ionic low foaming surfactant blend for use in enhanced performance of caustic soda used for the removal of scale in sugar mill evaporators. It is very stable at high pH and high temperatures, highly soluble in alkaline solutions. SYNSURF-E an ideal surfactant in heavy duty liquid cleaning formulations.
